Dr. Jennie Singer
Dr. Jennie Singer is a licensed clinical psychologist who has a variety of specialties. She has experience working with adults, couples, and families, and she has a psychodynamic approach with a focus on attachment and trauma. She has specialized training in assessment, risk, trauma, and neurodevelopmental issues such as autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and learning disabilities. Dr. Singer also has experience and training in forensic settings, and she has worked in both the federal and California state prison systems as a clinical psychologist.

Short and long-term individual, couples or family therapy is provided either in my downtown Davis office or over my secure telehealth platform. Dr. Singer specializes in treating depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and trauma, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, educational problems, difficulty at work, grief, relationship issues, family distress, and life transitions.

Dr. Singer performs forensic evaluations for federal defenders or other attorneys defending those individuals who are justice-involved. She also works with civil suits and attorneys and does work as an expert witness and as a mitigation expert/legal consultant regarding issues affecting mental health, suicide, memory, and trauma.

Work with an experienced mentor/coach for children, adolescents and young adults. Develop independent living skills, social skills, and coping strategies while out in the community.
